I will show you tools that empower you to slow down in life and listen to your mind and to your body so you can start to understand what it really needs and lead from a place of trust and knowing.

The Alchemy of You Immersion is tailored to you and your journey.  The journey begins with a deep dive session, an unpacking of everything that feels heavy in your life right now, that feels consuming and you know is holding you back from living.

We will then continue with fortnightly or monthly sessions to explore your energy, thoughts and emotions and work somatically with the body.  The journey can include:

• Shamanic Healings to clear heaviness from the body
• Tantric embodiment rituals to open up and connect to your body
• Goddess Tantric Experiences
• Access to The Goddess Awakening online teachings
• Homework & message access throughout to support your awakening in between sessions 

Sessions are online (via zoom) or in person depending on the location
