  • Why do we need this?

    This course will transform your relationship to another level.


    If you are experiencing lots of tension, lots of squabbles, this is for you.  The course will teach you how to communicate your truth from a place of love.


    If your best of friends but you miss intimacy between you in and outside of the bedroom - I wlll teach you practices to ignite the fire again.


    You will get to know each other more, communicate in more loving ways and have more intimacy and connection in your relationship – It’s a beautiful love journey

  • Do we have to follow this course each week or can we do it over a longer period of time?

    As soon as you sign up, you will get access to the content to get you ready for the journey and week one of the course.


    Each week, new content will be released. 


    Ideally you would go on the journey and work on the exercises consistently for the 7 weeks so this level of intimacy and connection becomes a way of life.  However, if you have holidays booked or unable to make the time one week, then it is all available on the membership site for you to access when feels good for you both .


    It's a journey, not a race.  There will be some weeks that feel really easy and those that feel a bit edgy for one of you - know this is very normal.  Meet each part of the journey with compassion.  These are tools you will use forever.


    In terms of time, you are looking around 1-2 hours per week.  

  • Can I do this on my own if my partner isn’t interested?

    No, this is a couples courses so requires some commitment from you both, that said you can always book some additional  sessions individually to release any resistance to taking part.  It's very normal to feel a bit nervous for something that will change the way you relate forever.  

  • I am nervous, and scared I am not ready?

    Pop me an email or drop into my DM's on Instagram and I am sure I can put your mind at ease and answer any questions you may have.

  • What are the tantric techniques?

    Across the 7 weeks, I will introduce you to some amazing tantric techniques to bring more intimacy into your relationship


    A lot of people hear the word tantra and just think it means Sex and although with a lot of Tantra, we are working with sexual energy, using the tantra techniques, you will become REALLY connected to yourself and be more present in anything.


    This depth to yourself and your feelings helps you to communicate more effectively to each other.

  • Do we get to work with you 121?

    If you book the support package, you will get 3 x couples sessions online, a couples tantric experience (or additional online sessions) with me plus  message support to guide and support you both on your journey.


    You can always add this on later in the journey too.

  • Is there a payment plan?

    Yes payment plans are available for the support package and the online course only.

  • Can I get a refund if it doesn't work?

    No there are no refunds but know that if you implement the practices and tools I teach you, you will feel the change in your relationship.


    I'm not saying it will be easy... speaking your truth can feel uncomfortable at first but then it becomes a way of life and that's where the magic happens.

  • What experience do you have working with couples?

    I have been working with couples for the last four years across my courses and in person workshops and the transformations have been beautiful to witness.  


    I have also been through so much in my relationship from almost breaking up, exploring open relating to feeling more connected then ever.  It's been a whirlwind and I have so much wisdom to share on this.
