Feeling grateful. Time to reset, to pause, to connect deeper with my family.

Can't believe only three weeks ago I was in India experiencing beautiful love and intimacy in a world so different to what we live in now, human interaction like I'm used too, soooo many hugs, heartfelt conversations and physical connection
Two weeks in Isolation and my goodness feels like it's been a year but I really feel like we've explored the depths of ourselves and learnt so much, it's been a rollercoaster and some days are better than others for sure but wanted to summarise so I always have these memories in what I feel is a magical gift we have been given
* our family of four has bonded together, the kids are getting along, I've witnessed so much laughter and love between them daily that I've never seen before and seen them grow so much as individuals and we had fun exploring our neighbourhood and finding new places
* Mark's been working sooo hard, bless him and don't think reality has really hit him yet and I'm ready to support him when he takes some time off and adjusts more to our new life
* I've slept more, more time to really listen to my body, last night I had 9.5 hours, normally I get 6!
* home schooling a 5 and 13 year old has been my biggest leap but I've seen how much they have grown and how much we can learn from creative play, going with the flow and adapting around how we are all feeling , we've had great fun and some humdingers!
* we've connected more with people and had great video calls including one with 28 of Emily's school friends for a weekly show and tell, amazing
*we've come together as a community to support each other and has made me realize even more what a wonderful place I live in
* I've had pockets of time to work which at first I struggled with but has meant I've been more focussed on what's important and my light has been shining bright and feels good
* I've realised how much I have grown as a person because years ago staying at home would have been hell but I've loved it, I've exercised more, cooked, baked, made milk, been sorting things and have loads of exciting plans to do more
So all in all, I have loved the time to reset, to pause, to connect deeper with my family and I just want to say thank you and feel in deep gratitude for that
Stay safe and enjoy this special time lovelies xx
